مۆسیقای ڕەسەنی کوردیلە چیاکانی هەورامانەوە
Music rooted in Hawraman, carried across generations and shared through live performance.
Hawraman Music Group brings musicians together around the living musical traditions of Hawraman and the wider Kurdish community. Led by vocalist Farzad Mehdi Nia, the ensemble connects voice with instruments including Santur, Qanun, Kamancheh, Daf, percussion and Bass Tar.
Our mission is to share Hawrami and Kurdish music with families, younger generations and wider audiences, while creating respectful opportunities for musicians based in Europe and the Middle East to perform together.
The group’s programme includes two Berlin concerts on 16 and 18 October and Manchester on 30 October. The Leeds concert has been postponed; a new date will be announced once confirmed.
