Frequently Asked Questions
16 questions
Where can I buy tickets?
Please check each event page for its current status. Leeds is postponed and ticket sales are paused.
How do I choose a Manchester seat?
Open the Manchester event, choose an available seat and the appropriate ticket type, then review your basket before continuing to payment. A seat marked reserved is not available to select. Check the seat details on your confirmed order.
Are Leeds tickets on sale?
The Leeds concert has been postponed. Ticket sales are paused and the new date will be announced here.
Which Berlin performance am I booking?
Berlin has two separate performances: Friday 16 October and Sunday 18 October 2026. Check the date on the event page and in your basket before paying. Your ticket is for the performance shown on it.
Where can I check the final price?
Review the ticket category, quantity and total at checkout. Any additional service fees are shown there before payment. Use the current booking page for prices rather than an older poster or message.
Missing confirmation or PDF ticket
Check your inbox and junk folder, and the email address used for the booking. If the confirmation is still missing, contact the seller with the event name and order reference, if available. Use Hawraman support for Berlin or Manchester; The Venue handles Leeds ticket delivery.
Failed or uncertain payment
If the payment result is unclear, check for an order confirmation before trying again. A pending bank entry alone does not confirm that a ticket was issued. Contact the ticket seller to check the order so that you do not accidentally book twice.
Refund or cancellation request
Contact the ticket seller with your event, order reference and request. Any change or refund depends on the applicable booking terms and must be confirmed by the seller. This help page does not promise a refund or ticket exchange.
Where can I find my seat details?
Use the confirmed seat information associated with your booking. If a printed or earlier ticket does not show a clear section, row and seat, contact support with its ticket or order reference before the event. Do not treat part of a ticket reference as a seat number.
Accessibility or access requirements
Contact the venue or organiser before booking if you need accessible seating or other access arrangements. Requirements and available facilities vary by venue; the team can confirm the relevant options for your event.
What should I check before travelling?
Check the date, venue, door time and entry conditions on your event page and ticket. Keep your valid ticket available for scanning and bring any evidence required by your ticket category, such as student ID. Keep ticket QR codes private.
What music does Hawraman Group perform?
The ensemble presents Kurdish and Hawrami musical heritage through voice, strings and percussion, combining respect for traditional sound with the shared energy of live performance.
How can organisers make a booking enquiry?
Use the contact form and select the performance enquiry option. Include your proposed date, venue, location and a short description of the event when those details are available.
How can media and cultural organisations contact the group?
Use the contact form for interview requests, press materials, partnerships or cultural collaborations. Your enquiry will be directed to the appropriate person.
Where is the group available to perform?
Availability depends on the programme, location and schedule. Send an enquiry with the event location and proposed dates so the group can review it properly.
